All for One!
The Crilly family of Pitminster and Bishopswood has become the first three-generation purchaser of an OrchestraWest 20/20 ticket, for the next concert on Saturday May 10th.

Grandmother Mrs Julia Orrin has bought the £17.50 ticket and will be taking her daughter Clare and son-in-law Dominic Crilly. Grandchildren Alice Crilly, 10, and Michael, 8, are coming free as under 12s. The 20/20 scheme allows the purchaser of a full price ticket to bring two people with them free, as long as they are of a different generation from themselves.
Mrs Crilly has been on the OrchestraWest mailing list for some time, and knew about 20/20 from mailshots; it is, she says, a fantastic scheme, adding “What’s the catch! We are so pleased to have a really good symphony orchestra on our doorstep to go and listen to. It’s great for the children too, and I know, since we were brought up on classical music, that getting the kids into the habit now will give them pleasure for the rest of their lives.”
All the family members are musical – Alice and Michael, who attend Buckland St Mary Primary School, play the violin and cello respectively; their parents both play the violin, and Mrs Orrin plays the piano. Grandfather Geoffrey is the family page-turner!
