The OrchestraWest online newsletter is a mixture of news, reviews and features; a bit of this and a bit of that to try an give a rounded picture of orchestral music and orchestral playing. There will be a regular 'Featured Instrument', written by someone in the know about a particular orchestral instrument - how it developed, its role in the orchestra, and how it works. Musical 'FAQs' will ask and answer lots of the questions that always seem to occur just at the moment there's no-one to ask.... If you have a musical question of your own, why not log it with us using the 'contact us' form and we'll include it and the answer on the page! And we will have regular news on our fundraising initiatives, including ways you can get involved.
